Complete confidence in your project implementation

We offer a well defined project lifecycle to start either before or after requirement definition.

A typical project is a new installation of Shopfloor-OnlineLifescience Edition, where we carry out a feasibility study for the definition stages of your MES project:

  • Kick-off Process
  • Walkthrough / Document Review / Shadowing
  • Process Mapping / Review & Update

The feasibility study provides clarity on functional gaps, scope, risks and implementation costs. This provides the required information for capital requests as it is possible to put an accurate budget together based on the study.

The Shopfloor-OnlineLifescience Edition implementation will start with a prioritised plan for the implementation phases and associated activities. The qualification approach will be agreed and documented as part of a project quality and execution plan. The approach to qualification, described in the validation master plan, will be adhered to during the technical definition activities and the use of a prototype should be included if that is the qualification approach preferred by our customer. We can use the V-model and/or Risk Based Approach (RBA) in line with GAMP 5 as part of the qualification strategy.

Project Management will report against the work breakdown structure using our in-house methods: MS Project, Project Dashboard, Software Configuration Progress Tracker and MS Excel based S-curves.

After testing, a rollout and training plan will be put together.
